It fits very well and feels great on the body, I recommend it 100%, although it is good to clarify that the three elements differ a little from each other, however they are excellent

I really love this mat, I literally use it as an excuse to not do anything sometimes because I “need to go lay down on it” but it really helps and it warms me up and as a perpetually cold person that was a huge plus

These shorts are so comfy to wear and has great stretch as well as ability to make your butt look big! Only thing is it’s slightly not camel toe proof and the material is a little thin to wear without underwear, I just wear seamless or tight thong ones and you can’t tell wearing it. Overall super cute and durable shorts to wear at the gym

This is great! I think it does work as my lower jaw are feels tighter and strong. I think thinner face but I'm also on new diet so hard to tell which one is contributing to fat loss on face. No issues. Glad I purchased

This mat is pokey pokey like the wall spikes that good old Indy avoided. You will feel it. You will cringe a bit. You will be quite relieved to get off of it. Then in a day or so you will get drawn back in and want to try it again. I liked it. I found it stimulating. I still use it. All that pokey relaxes the back. It’s cheap relief.
