We got this and now my wife uses it every night and I use it mostly every day. It’s so wonderful! I was skeptical at first but it really does provide pain relief and helps me focus and the feeling is very soothing once you get used to it.

This mat is pokey pokey like the wall spikes that good old Indy avoided. You will feel it. You will cringe a bit. You will be quite relieved to get off of it. Then in a day or so you will get drawn back in and want to try it again. I liked it. I found it stimulating. I still use it. All that pokey relaxes the back. It’s cheap relief.
